Lala's has been turning out quality pizza and serving as a neighborhood hangout since it opened in 2008. While the pizza is a major draw, Lala's does wonders with charcuterie and entrees, too. The meatballs Lala's is bringing to DISH also make cameos in the restaurant's stromboli and star on their own as a happy-hour appetizer.
These special meatballs are made with both ground lamb and ground pork shoulder, as well as bacon, with egg to bind it all together. Lala's uses risotto in its meatballs instead of breadcrumbs, so they come out gluten-free.
