EatDenver's Harvest Week picks up where GABF left off on the calendar this week

Wednesday, October 17:

TAG, The Corner Office, Ambria and Lola will be trotting the globe tonight at GrowHaus, offering local takes on global cuisine for Harvest Week. Preview the menu -- which costs $65 -- on the site.

Thursday, October 18:

The chefs at Vesta Dipping Grill, Steubens, Linger, Root Down, 1515, Coohills, Duo and Olivea take the stage at GrowHaus for a unique dining experience tonight: "The Feast of the Hunters and Gatherers." The Harvest Week meal will be crafted with foraged ingredients from each establishment; sneak a peak at the results here.

Tony's Market, 950 Broadway, is hosting a Beef 101 seminar on the quality and cooking of beef at 6:30 p.m. this evening. CEO Daniel Rosacci will conduct the lesson, which will be followed by a steak dinner. The class costs $35; call 720-880-4501 for more details.
