Monday, June 25:Zolo Southwestern Grill, 2525 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, is partnering with Isabelle Farms, 10029 Isabelle Road in Lafayette, for a pop-up outdoor dinner at the farm. For $85, guests get a five-course dinner from chefs Brett Smith and Jed Bednarski and a tour of the farm. The tour starts at 4 p.m., with dinner following at 5 p.m.; the event is BYOB (no corkage fee).
Black Cat, 1964 13th Street in Boulder, is celebrating the art of gardening with a cocktail party tonight. The $20 admission fee buys you a signed copy of the new DIY gardening book, Homesweet, Homegrown, seed packets, a garden-inspired cocktail and bar snacks previewing Black Cat's soon-to-be-open sister restaurant Bramble & Hare. Tuesday, June 26:Elway's Downtown, 1881 Curtis Street, will present a five-course dinner paired with spirits and bitters from Breckenridge Distillery -- reportedly the highest distillery in the world. Great Divide's monthly beer and cheese pairing takes place tonight at the brewery's tap room, 2201 Arapahoe Street. The cost is $24 and includes five cheeses matched with five sample-sized beers and a view of the brewhouse; call 303-296-9460 to grab a spot.Wednesday, June 27:Every Wednesday from June to August, Elway's Cherry Creek, 2500 East First Avenue, hosts live music on the patio. And every Thursday, the Banjo Billy Bus provides a three-hour brewery tour for $34, inclusive of visits to Wynkoop Brewing Co., Strange Brewing, Breckenridge and Denver Beer Co. Tickets include three pints and a designated driver; go to the website for more information.Friday, June 29:New Belgium's third annual Clips of Faith takes place tonight at 29th Street and Canyon Boulevard in Boulder. The free outdoor film festival features independent short films submitted by fans of the brewery. Attendees are encouraged to bring food to share and blankets. The Ritz-Carlton Denver, 1880 Curtis Street, presents dinner and a movie on the outdoor terrace this evening, both of which will be inspired by Italy.
