This fit and fun idea comes a day early, so mark your calendar, then grab an extra yoga mat for Dad for a whiskey and yoga workshop. The high-energy flow, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, will stretch the old man out for a full hour before the crew from Laws Whiskey House takes over for a whiskey tasting. The class is $15 per person; purchase tickets at recreativedenver.org.
