Frasca Food & Wine hosts the hottest pastry chef ever

Tonight, at 5:30 p.m., Frasca Food & Wine, at 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, is hosting a winemaker dinner with Jean Georges porn star exec pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, who also did time in several other celebrated New York kitchens, including Payard and Restaurant Daniel.

Iuzzini, along with Frasca exec Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, master sommelier Bobby Stuckey and kick-ass mixologist Bryan Dayton, will present six courses (three sweet and three savory) paired with wines and cocktails. Also Included in the $140 per person price tag is a copy of Iuzzini's signed head shot new book, Dessert Fourplay.  Reservations are highly encouraged, although there are a few spaces available for walk-ins.
