The father-and-son duo recently refurbished Locale's VDF prosciutto slicer—the first slicer of its kind to be used here in the States—and will be on hand to slice prosciutto, answer questions and mingle with guests. The apertivo snacks will include $2 prosciutto platters and $2 tartine open-faced sandwiches, as well as such drink specials as $2 Peroni and $4 Contratto spritz. Call 303-442-3003 for more information.
