Today you can dive into America's best outdoor market according to USA Today. In recent polling, the Boulder County Farmers' Market won the top spot on the publication's 10 Best Farmers' Markets list, beating out markets in cities like Burlington, San Francisco and Seattle. You can see the list here, and you can experience the best from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. For more information on the Boulder Farmers' Market, visit bcfm.org.

Go Fish! will bring together top chefs — including California's Dory Ford, as well as local stars Sheila Lucero, Kelly Whitaker, Alex Seidel, Troy Guard and Paul Reilly — for an evening celebrating sustainable seafood. They're teaming up with the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch to put on an evening of tasty and eco-conscious food and drinks, with fish from the Seattle Fish Co. You can drop a line at Baur's Restaurant between 6:30 and 9 p.m. today. Tickets are $40; purchase yours and learn more here. For more on the aquariums Seafood Watch visit seafoodwatch.org

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
