The Denver Zoo will hosts its 26th Annual Do at the Zoo benefit gala tonight. Guests at the event can graze on dishes from sixty of Denver’s top restaurants while they wander the zoo grounds after hours. The food lineup features a veritable who's who of Denver restaurants, with names like Ace, Black Pearl, Cherry Cricket, Linger, The Populist, Session Kitchen, Tamayo and many more gracing the zoo grounds. There will also be unlimited wine, cocktails and beer; live music from five bands on multiple stages; dancing and close-up animal encounters. The event is for guests 21 and over only and cocktail attire is suggested — animal print is always in style at the zoo, of course. The Do runs from 7 to 10 p.m. tonight; VIP is already sold out but you might be able to grab a general admission ticket for $175 here. Proceeds from the event will benefit Denver Zoo’s education initiatives.
