Great Divide Brewing Company and City, O' City, the bohemian vegetarian restaurant, bar and bakery at 206 East 13th Avenue, are hosting Boozenfüd (useless trivia: "boozenfüd" has exactly six Google entries, all of which are related to this dinner), a multi-course meal featuring four Great Divide brews paired with four dishes from City, O' City, at 7 p.m. tonight.

The dinner, priced at $35 per person, includes an amuse-bouche, followed by baby beet carpaccio with a mizuna salad dressed with a pear-infused vinaigrette; tofu ceviche with watermelon; cedar-plank portobello mushroom caps with broccoli rabe, parsnip puree and a cherry port reduction; and chocolate lava cake with orange-anise ice cream. Reservations are required; call 303-831-6443 to put your name on the list.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
