Guess where I'm drinking?

We met five weeks ago. We've seen each other at least once a week since then, and it's always been just as good as the first time. It's a relationship of consistency, simplicity and warmth; I'm completely smitten.

The creator is a goddess in my book, and she's whipped up a fantastic twist on a classic. Cardamom-infused agave nectar meets gin, ginger, soda and a splash of cream. The cardamom gives it a festive flavor, and it flirts with the ginger to warm the belly. A hint of lime provides enough tartness to prevent it from being too sugary and makes this lovely little concoction perfect for consuming well beyond the first round. It's my most favorite cocktail ever invented. Where did I consume it?
