I just got back from the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, which pimped, among other indisputably un-fancy weird shit, clam chowder (from a can) pizza and bacon lube (more on those later this afternoon), but I also hit several restaurants (three in an hour, plus a bakery, which may be my all-time record), including one of San Francisco's most popular -- and deservedly so -- food stops, where I had my best meal. There's nothing like it in Denver, which is a plea to all you chefs to please open a restaurant like this one.
Can you guess where I'm eating?
