For the next several weeks, Cafe Society will feature some of our favorite green chiles. We started yesterday with Phil's Place. Today, we're dishing up a green chile served on the other side of town, at a spot where mariachis often serenade your meal. When this green smothers a dish, it's smooth -- but when you order it as a plate, it comes studded with tender pork.
