Super Bowl Sunday could be the biggest holiday in Denver history. When the Denver Broncos face off against the Seattle Seahawks on February 2, this city will be awash in orange jerseys, seven-layer dips and, of course, lots and lots of booze. Whether you're headed to your favorite watering hole, throwing a party, or just watching the game with some friends, Denver's restaurants are here to serve you. Here are just some of the many options...

BaRed BaRed is going orange and blue this weekend in honor of the Broncos. Eric Boa & the Constrictors will kick off the weekend with Blues at Red at 9 p.m. Friday, January 31. ESPN Radio's Coach Les and RJP III will broadcast their weekly sports talk-shows at the bar from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, February 1 and noon to 2 p.m. Sunday. Happy-hour small plate food specials and drink specials will be featured daily. The Soiled Dove Underground The Soiled Dove Underground is throwing the ultimate Broncos party Sunday: Cheer on Manning and the Broncos from tiered, movie-style seating while watching the game on one of three, six-foot projected movie screens and chowing on snacks from an all-you-can-eat buffet packed with such football favorites as sliders, wings and hot dogs. There will also be free square pools with winnings after each quarter, and a raffle with a 42" HD TV as the grand prize. Entry will guarantee you a seat for the game, as much food as you can handle, and unlimited Bud and Bud Light draughts, house wine and well drinks. Tickets are $60 a person in advance and $65 at the door; they're available at www.soileddove.com.

Atomic Cowboy/Denver Biscuit Company/Fat Sully's Pizza It's all about Broncos, beer and biscuits at the Atomic Cowboy/Denver Biscuit Company/Fat Sully's Pizza empire. For the first time, both the East Colfax and South Broadway locations will be serving the Denver Biscuit Company's signature biscuits after 2 p.m. -- until 10 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. Both locations will offer brunch all day February 2, when they will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., closing for a one-hour break from 3 to 4 p.m. In addition to biscuits galore, there will be a football raffle and prizes, as well as standing-room specials from open to close. Marg's World Taco Bistro Both the Cherry Creek and Uptown locations of Marg's World Taco Bistro will be offering specials for the big game, including half-price food, $1 canned beers, $5 margaritas and $2 shots. You can watch the game on one of their big-screen TVs and there will be a raffle with prizes including food, gift cards and plenty of tequila.

Patxi's You just can't go wrong with pizza and football. All three Patxi's locations(Steele Street,University Boulevard and East 17th Avenue) will be offering a Peyton Freaking Manning special and showing the game Sunday. The PFM PBR special includes a slice of PFM pizza -- pepperoni, fennel-garlic, sausage and mushrooms -- as well as a salad and a fountain drink for $9.99, with the option to add a cold PBR for $1. For those who are watching at home, Patxi's will also be available for carryout and delivery on game day.

Churchill's Public House Churchill's Public House will be offering $3 sixteen-ounce Bud cans and food from its recently updated menu during the game.

Zengo Although Zengo won't be open for the game, it will be serving a bottomless brunch Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Broncos fans can tailgate in style for $35, which includes unlimited small plates and free flowing brunch cocktails. And once they've gotten their pre-game on, they can head next door to La Biblioteca to watch the game.

The party there starts at 4 p.m.; the $35 price (yes, you have to pay again even if you brunched at Zengo) includes an open bar (from a selection of draft beers, house wines and cocktails) and a hefty roster of snacks. Call 720-904-0965 to purchase tickets.

Pizzeria Locale Pizzeria Locale in Denver will be offering buy-one-get-one to-go pies from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., just in time for the game.

Marczyk Fine Foods Throwing a party? Make sure that your game0day food reflects your team spirit. Both locations of Marczyk Fine Foods are stocked with tons of party food, including blue corn chips and orange, marketmade Disco Jim's pimento cheese dip. Other game-day fare includes cocktail shrimp, lamb meatballs and Marczyk's award-winning pork green chile.

Masterpiece Deli Masterpiece Deli will be open until 3 p.m. Sunday for all your Super Bowl meat needs, including Denver Bacon Company bacon -- with $1 off per package.

Western Daughters Butcher Shop Western Daughters Butcher Shop will be offering up Super Bowl specials all weekend, including pulled pork sandwich kits, cold cut and meatball sandwiches, and full or half Sharp Shooters (ribeyes in a bread bowl packed with mushrooms, shallots and chimichurri).
