Support the independent voice of Denver and help keep the future of Westword free.
Among the restaurants opening late this year was La Cave, a spot in the hangout-hungry western suburbs that "provides New American Cuisine that is created with international flavors, fresh local ingredients & a zest of originality!," according to La Cave's website. But diners might be less interested in zest than in La Cave's extensive wine list, as well as the wine tasting it offers on the first Wednesday of every month, with a different theme, passed apps and six samples for $20. La Cave also offers a daily "social hour" from 4 to 6 p.m., with half-off draft beers, well drinks and house wines. And the tapas menu is offered from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. (Those hours reflect the fact that La Cave is by La Sheraton Denver West Hotel.)
We sent photographer Brandon Marshall to explore La Cave; keep reading to see his photos.
