The hotel built the venue to have a Miami-like vibe, edging the pool with a bar that serves beer, wine and summer-themed cocktails paired with heavy appetizers like tuna tartare and Kobe beef sliders. And instead of roping the swanky spot off for hotel guests, the Four Seasons decided to open for the Denver public -- no reservation or special list privileges necessary -- every Thursday night, starting tonight, from 5 to 10 p.m.
