Madison Street, 1222 Madison Street, may have had a few fights with the new neighbors before it opened, but now that it's settled in, it's ready to invite those neighbors over for lunch.

The restaurant just extended its weekend hours, opening a few hours earlier for daytime eating and drinking.

"Eventually, that will change to brunch," says Joe Vostrejs, COO of the Larimer Associates, which partnered with Brian Sifferman to open the spot. "Right now, they're serving the regular dinner menu during lunch hours."

That comes after another Larimer Associates restaurant, Ernie's Bar & Pizza, 2915 West 44th Avenue, extended its weekend hours, opening at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday to accommodate sports enthusiasts.

The lunch hour at Madison Street begins at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. For more information, dial 303-736-2260.
