Friday night is Burger Night at both Marczyk Fine Foods locations -- 770 East 17th Avenue and 5100 East Colfax Avenue. The stores serve up beef from Niman Ranch on brioche buns from City Bakery, with all the fixings, for $6.99.

And tonight's grill-out will help raise funds for Red Cross Disaster Relief.

Both stores will donate net proceeds from all burgers sold to the cause, and Marczyk's hopes to sling 400 of them at each location. "We're taking our most popular summer event and turning it into a party to raise money for the fire victims throughout Colorado," says Pete Marczyk.

The party, which runs from 5 to 7:30 p.m., will also include live music courtesy of fish-monger and rocker Jeff Prah, who rounded up bands to play for free at both locations.

Additionally, the Marczyk wine stores attached to each market will donate a percentage of wine, spirit and beer sales to the Red Cross. For more information, call 303-894-9499.
