Mercantile Pulls Into Union Station, Recipe Box Closes: Our Restaurant Roll Call for September

New restaurant openings filled the calendar in September, with more than two dozen spots opening their doors in metro Denver. The new eateries ranged from Mercantile Dining & Provision, Alex Seidel's market/cafe/restaurant in Union Station, to another link in the homegrown Santiago's chain. But Denver also lost a handful of spots, including Humble Pie, which promises to reopen, and the Recipe Box, which has closed for good. Keep reading for our Restaurant Roll Call for September.
