Support the independent voice of Denver and help keep the future of Westword free.
Another Modmarket opened yesterday, this one in Longmont right next to Lucky's. And that's just the start of the action we'll see next year from this Denver-based group, named a "Hot Concept" by Nation's Restaurant News in 2013.

Modmarket now has six locations, and plans to open six more stores next year, expanding into Texas as well as adding a spot at Denver International Airport and finally opening that downtown location.
But for now, the focus is on Longmont, where the restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. "We are glad to have found the perfect site in this key community and to bring our healthy, affordable concept to the Longmont area," said Anthony Pigliacampo, Modmarket co-founder, in a release on the opening.
