Word of Mouth

Moon Time Chills Out

Moon Time, at 846 Broadway, is the second office of Westword's editorial department, the nearby bar where we go when we need peace and quiet and...um...beer.

But while the beer is cold, the air there rarely is -- and so we had mixed feelings when we stopped by at 5:30 p.m. yesterday, July 21, for an...um...meeting, and found that Moon Time was closed, very temporarily, for HVAC work.

We'll give a full report on the results of this work as soon as the door reopens.

KEEP WESTWORD FREE... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we'd like to keep it that way. With local media under siege, it's more important than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" program, allowing us to keep offering readers access to our incisive coverage of local news, food and culture with no paywalls.
