By year's end, Broomfield-based
Noodles & Company will have brought its total number of Colorado locations to 43. And with the opening of a store this August in Republic Plaza, there will be two Noodles & Co outposts on the 16th Street Mall alone, one at 303 16th Street; the other at 1460 16th Street.
"We really think that we're going to be reaching kind of a different group of people," company spokeswoman Jill Preston remarks of the new location. "There's a real opportunity there."
The noodle-slinging company will also open a store at 4261 South Buckley Road in the Quincy Place Shopping Center in Aurora. Preston says the company anticipates an opening date sometime in November.
