Inspired by how the nearby Atomic Cowboy added Fat Sully's and Denver Biscuit Company to its amenities, David Senger decided to put an authentic taco shop inside his bar, 3014. And Odelay Tacos will make its debut at 4 p.m. today, just in time for Cinco de Mayo.
The menu includes el pastor, chicken, beef and fish tacos and burritos, as well as slow-roasted pork green chile and a a few vegetarian options; 3014's kitchen will continue to serve wings, burgers and tater tots. But unlike 3014's kitchen, Odelay will serve until 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Watch for a grand opening the first weekend in June.
