Executive sous chef Christoph Schoettle says the Mexican-themed events that they started up last year were such a hit that they decided to launch another outdoor patio party -- and what better way to celebrate a Colorado summer than with Colorado beer!
Friday's event will feature New Belgium brews, but other local beers will rotate in as the season progresses. Bottles will go for $4 a piece, buckets of four for $15. O's will also be firing up the grill for pork sausage, chicken breasts and pork ribs; beef sliders and mac and cheese will also be served (nothing will cost more than $10).
The beer garden will come alive every other Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. through Labor Day weekend, alternating with the restaurant's "Fajitas & 'Ritas" party. There will also be live music every Friday. For more information, call 303-410-5066.
The restaurant shared its chicken marinade recipe with us. Check it out:
