Oskar Blues will open its new tasting room, the Tasty Weasel, at 11 a.m. this Friday, February 13, inside its brewing and canning plant in Longmont. At 4 p.m., the Weasel will tap a firkin (roughly a quarter of a barrel) of something to celebrate the grand opening. In fact, Oskar Blues plans to bust into a firkin every Friday at 4 p.m.

Regular tasting-room hours are 3 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
