Despite the late start, though, the owners haven't had to make changes to the concept.
When the thirty-seat steak spot does open, it will offer a menu of steaks and sides that will change on a daily basis in a space designed to feel like a private, intimate parlor.
Linehan says the owners and their chef, Matt Tobin, are busily putting together the opening-week menus as construction forges ahead.
