Peet's Coffee and Tea will open its fourth Colorado location -- its second in Denver -- next month on the 16th Street Mall. The java joint will be located in the Sheraton Hotel, located at 1550 Court Place, just off the lobby.
A spokesperson for Peet's, who asked to remain anonymous, says the new shop is part of a "larger partnership" with hotel management company Charters Lodging Group. "This is a licensed location and it will be owned and operated by Peet's Licensed Partners, Charters Lodging and Sheraton," she says. Expect an opening date of mid-August. Peet's has additional shops in Boulder, Centennial and Cherry Creek.
Meanwhile, Yard House is slated to take over the former Bravo! Ristorante space, also located inside the Sheraton, in November.
