Owner Josh Barhaug and his wife traveled around Europe in an RV to get inspiration for Fired Up, which combines Barhaug's passion for food with his wife's passion for wine. "It was a simple idea that bloomed into a more creative one," says Barhaug. "The goal is to keep it as fresh and as local as possible and put out food that people and the neighborhood will love."
