Jax Fish House opened in LoDo -- in the space once home to the legendary Terminal Bar -- sixteen years ago. In bar time, that could be a century ago, and so Jax closed at the end of service on New Year's Eve for a quick, but major, and remarkable, renovation that was revealed when JAX reopened Friday. The changes aren't all in design, either. Take a look at the new menu below, and stay tuned for new hours, with weekday lunch rolling out later this week.

In the meantime, feast your eyes on Jax's new look, in these photos by Brandon Marshall. (Fair warning: do not expect the space to look this empty again -- Jax was hopping all weekend.)
