Nine trucks -- Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs, Mythos Greek, Steuben's, Sully's Slice truck, the Biscuit Bus, Manna from Heaven, the Denver Cupcake Truck, Stick it to Me, Quiero Arepas and one wagon (Pinche Tacos) -- took over the grounds at TAXI, and the crowds arrived in droves, many of them with kids in tow, who took to busting out their breakdancing moves to classic rap rhythms.
The food truck lines were more than tolerable, and while there was only one libations tent, which poured brews from Avery and potent margaritas made with Republic tequila, those lines moved with rapidity, too, which meant there were a lot of happy people with drunk smirks on their faces, not to mention some crazy footwear that may or may not have had anything to do with liquor.
