A coffee shop in the morning -- serving Pablo's coffee along with pre-packaged breakfast burritos, quiches and baked goods -- the BoB turns into a brewery at 11 a.m. each day, serving English-style ales made on a seven-barrel brewing system.

"I've been homebrewing for 25 years," says BoB owner Paul Webster, who has lived in Englewood for even longer. So when he ended his career as a printing paper salesman, he decided to indulge in his hobbies. "Beer and coffee are my two favorite things."Webster currently has four beers on tap, a pale ale, an English mild, an IPA and an ESB; all of them are named for parts of Englewood history.
In addition to space for nearly one hundred people inside the taproom, the BoB also has a 1,000-square-foot patio that Webster believes "will be a winner."
