The competition, which has already kicked off, continues through Wednesday, February 10, at which time winners from the pool of 20 participants will be announced by a likely lubricated band of judges, including5280

The Bitter Blush
1 1/2 ounces Leopold's gin 1/4 ounce hibiscus syrup 1/2 ounce Cointreau 1/2 ounce lemon juice Dash of Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters
Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced lemon wedge and a hibiscus flower.
