And to commemorate the new law,Racines is offering same-sex couples celebrating their new legal status a complimentary 187 ml bottle of Korbel California Brut Champagne to share during lunch or dinner...or breakfast, if you're so inclined. And since the Webb building started doing civil ceremonies at 12:01, there could be some takers this morning.
