Reader: Gretchen Kurtz's stuffed-dough list needs to get stuffed

While the buffalo empanadellas at Bocadillo needed more pop in both the filling and the sauce, the special got Gretchen Kurtz thinking about other stuffed dough dishes she's loved in Denver.
