The Stapleton neighborhood has been making news this month. While the upcoming transformation of the Stapleton Airport traffic control tower into a second Denver location for Punch Bowl Social has inspired plenty of discussion, the area just welcomed Four Friends Kitchen, a new breakfast/lunch spot built from the ground up by four friends new to the restaurant business — but who recognized a need in the neighborhood.

Says MurrayB:

So psyched about this place! Awesome menu, awesome venue, awesome drinks! Stapleton and the surrounding area desperately needed this type of place...

Have you been to Four Friends Kitchen? What other kinds of places does Stapleton need? How do you think Punch Bowl Social will do there?
