So far, I've heard that the deal has been popular, with such options as golden raisin and cauliflower tortellini with fried capers, caramelized cauliflower and ginger parmesan froth. Not good enough? How about black pepper lacquered Muscovy duck breast with duck leg confit, fresh cavatelli, caramelized fennel and soy orange reduction or German chocolate ice cream sandwich with toasted coconut biscuit, bittersweet chocolate ice cream, smoked almonds and caramel? Themed around Colorado winters, the dinner highlights what is unique about our culinasious city. By the way, I just made up that word and I'm sticking with it.

The restaurant decided to extend this promotion to show gratitude for the ten years, and also to give frugal(ish) diners a chance to experience some fine dining.
