The restaurant industry is softening, according to the National Restaurant Association. But you wouldn't know that from all the activity on the Denver dining scene, including two important openings --Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar and Wild Catch -- at the very end of August, as well as the closing of Big Game, the first in a series of changes on that stretch of Wazee Street.
