Rio Grande in Lone Tree hosts a tequila dinner tonight

Stuck in the snowy southern suburbs? The Lone Tree location of Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, 9535 Park Meadows Drive, is hosting a four-course dinner at 7 p.m. tonight. And each course will be paired with a tequila from Patron. Keep reading for a look at the menu.

1st Course: "Exotic" guacamole

2nd Course: Grilled Pork Flauta

3rd Course: Steak Relleno, or Green Mole Shrimp Enchilada and Rio rice

4th Course: Chile Chocolate creme brulee
