Second annual Sprout Down at Mercury Cafe tonight

Mercury Cafe, 2199 California Street, will host the second annual Sprout Down to benefit Sprout City Farms, the nation's first on-site farm-to-cafeteria growing space. Tonight's festivities will include live music from Fingers of the Sun and Steve Rothenberg, speakers, performances by students and a silent auction; admission is based on a $7 to $15 sliding scale. Call 303-294-9281 for general information; for more details on how to participate and/or donate, e-mail Sprout.
