Monday, October 10:

The first round of the Regional Meat Cutting Challenge will be held at South Suburban Ice Arena, 6580 South Vine Street in Littleton; Meat-cutters will be showcasing their skills in a timed "cut-off," judged on quality, yield and speed. Seven winners will advance to the semi-finals. It starts at 11 a.m.
