World-class cuisine meets award-winning beer at the Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Beer Pairing tonight, an event that merges pairing and cuisine at the Omni Interlocken Resort's Outdoor Pavilion.

This beer-pairing event, produced by Wine Country Network, features ten chefs, twenty gourmet pairings and twenty award-winning beers. The ten chefs from Denver restaurants -- including The Populist, Fresh Craft, Highland Tap & Burger and more -- will converge on Omni Interlocken Resort to cook up culinary creations that will be paired with beers. The pairings were picked from more than 250 entries and only the best, gold-medal-winning beers were selected for this event.

Awards will be handed out for "best chef," "most creative chef" and "people's choice chef," which all attendees will be able to vote for. The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by the main event: the food and beer tasting. Tickets are $50 per person; get yours and more details here.
