Terroir hosts an organic beer dinner

Asher Brewing Company is Colorado's first (and, right now, only) certified organic brewery, and tonight you can taste its creations at Terroir's Community Beer Dinner.

The three-course menu features mussels, chiles, roasted tomatoes and shallots topped with poblano chili romesco sauce and paired with Hippie Nectar wheat; apple/chard-stuffed pork tenderloin with apples, sweet potatoes, pancetta and roasted garlic, paired with Tree Hugger amber ale; and blue-cheese cheesecake with date and fig compote, paired with Green Monstah strong ale.

Tickets are $25 for this community-style meal, and there's only room for fifteen guests, so make your reservations fast at 303-651-0630. Terroir is located at 246 Main Street in Longmont.
