The Nickel's Colorado Lamb Loin: The Dishes of DISH 2015

On Sunday, September 20, Westword will host DISH, its 21st annual celebration of the Denver dining and drinking scene. More than forty favorite restaurants of Westword food writers and readers will be sampling delectable dishes at DISH, including The Nickel.

The Nickel will be sampling Colorado lamb loin, a variation on a signature dish at the restaurant, which includes the robust flavors of Pueblo chile green curry, cauliflower and cilantro. After you sample this dish at DISH, you can enjoy a full-sized version at the Nickel: Colorado Lamb Loin and Belly, which features Thai green curry, miso-glazed eggplant and roasted cauliflower.

DISH 2015 runs from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, in Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex.
