Here are our recommendations for the ten best, in no particular order, where you can ensure Sunday is a fun day -- and a step up from Andre (but, no judgments).

10. Zengo

For $35, mix and match your favorite flavors: guava, passion fruit, traditional or the Zengo mimosa (made with a specialty fruit juice instead of OJ) -- all bottomless. If the cost seems high, that's because it also includes all-you-can-eat small plates from 9:30 until 2:30 p.m. weekends, so go all out and get your money's worth. Menu highlights include the chorizo benedict and a pork carnitas hash. Craving Mexican more than Asian? The same deal is available at Richard Sandoval's other spots, La Biblioteca and Tamayo, for brunch with a south of the border flair.

9. Root Down

Available in classic ($13) or blood orange ($15) variations, bottomless mimosas are available to anyone with the purchase of an entrée. Paired with farm-to-table specialties like banana-bread French toast or a breakfast burrito that's bigger than your head, you'll leave full for the entire day. Last call is at 3:15 p.m., so plan accordingly.

8. Ellyngton's at the Brown Palace

Have an Easter-style brunch every Sunday with an all out splurge-fest at the Brown Palace. Available in four tiers, the buffet sans alcohol is $51.95 on it's own, but upgrade to Domaine Chandon for $61.95, Moet et Chandon for $71.95, or the mack daddy of champs, Dom Perignon -- available by the glass for $55 a pop. Technically, this is a champagne offer, but your bubbly can easily be converted to mimosas (although you wouldn't want to do that with the Dom). This lavish buffet rivals Vegas with seafood, sushi, carving stations, and decadent desserts, along with more traditional egg options. Available only on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., advanced reservations are highly recommended.

7. Dazzle

Billed as an "urban brunch," Dazzle's buffet of home-style comfort foods is set to the soothing tones of the Paris Takes Jazz Quartet. Food alone is $20, but for an extra ten spot, you'll have access to the bottomless Bloody Mary and mimosa bar, which gives you up to an hour and a half to drink away the day.

6. Maddie's

A hidden gem near the University of Denver, family-owned and operated Maddie's does it's best to quench your weekend thirst. Choose from bottomless cranberry, pineapple or orange mimosas, peach or passion fruit bellinis or Bloody Marys, each for $12. Get there early because they only have about eight tables and frequently run out of popular menu items like the daily specials and signature sticky buns.

5. Linger

Offering bottomless classic ($13) or prickly pear ($15) mimosas, Linger lets you get your fill while indulging in a unique international menu. From chorizo tacos to hangover ramen and short-rib fried rice, you'll find a little of everything at this eclectic brunch, where you can imbibe until 3 p.m.

4. Old Major

For $15 bottomless, opt for OJ, grapefruit, blood orange, or cranberry juice to garnish your bubbles. If you're feeling extra saucy, brunch punches are available for $36 a bowl, which sounds like a hangover waiting to happen -- but again, we're not judging.

3. TAG Burger Bar

While you wouldn't expect a burger spot to offer killer brunches, think again, as restaurateur Troy Guard has you covered. The fresh squeezed bottomless OJ and champs is $10, or for $14, you can up the heat with a blend of jalapeño simple syrup and seasonal fruit juice (currently grapefruit, they change it "sporadically"). If you're looking for something more than the standard brunch dishes, you can also "build your own" omelet, Benedict or breakfast burger.

2. The Corner Office

The Corner Office calls its disco brunch "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough, " and its only available on Sundays, with $10 bottomless mimosas and a $15 "I Will Survive" Bloody Mary bar running until 3 p.m. Enjoy cool tunes from the '70s, decorations to set the mood and even some sweet clothes you can borrow to dress the part. Creeper 'stache and afro not included.

1. The Lobby American Grille

The base price for a bottomless mimosa is $10, but you can upgrade to more exotic flavors like pineapple or grapefruit for $1 extra per glass. Their most unique offering is a seasonal kombucha mimosa (which is currently apple-pie flavored -- yum). You can get that one bottomless for $16 or $2 per glass, if you prefer to mix and match.
