6. Maddie'sA hidden gem near the University of Denver, family-owned and operated Maddie's does it's best to quench your weekend thirst. Choose from bottomless cranberry, pineapple or orange mimosas, peach or passion fruit bellinis or Bloody Marys, each for $12. Get there early because they only have about eight tables and frequently run out of popular menu items like the daily specials and signature sticky buns.

Offering bottomless classic ($13) or prickly pear ($15) mimosas, Linger lets you get your fill while indulging in a unique international menu. From chorizo tacos to hangover ramen and short-rib fried rice, you'll find a little of everything at this eclectic brunch, where you can imbibe until 3 p.m.
