Things to Do

Today: Taste of Colorado opens in time for lunch

The Taste of Colorado, which opens at 11:30 a.m. today in Civic Center Park, serves up much more than turkey legs, snowcones, kettle corn and roasted nuts -- although those classic snacks are available, too.

But there are also restaurants, gourmet carts and other culinary companies with booths scattered amidst the crafts and causes, as well as a "fine dining" area with demonstrations and samplings from the Broker, Cork House Wine Restaurant, EvoBean, Olive Oil and Randolph's.
