The Taste of Colorado, which opens at 11:30 a.m. today in Civic Center Park, serves up much more than turkey legs, snowcones, kettle corn and roasted nuts -- although those classic snacks are available, too.

But there are also restaurants, gourmet carts and other culinary companies with booths scattered amidst the crafts and causes, as well as a "fine dining" area with demonstrations and samplings from the Broker, Cork House Wine Restaurant, EvoBean, Olive Oil and Randolph's.

Here's the rest of the lineup:

528 Degrees, Alpine Sausage Company, Baker's Street Pub, Bayou Bob's, Berrie Kabobs, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Caldonia's Roadside BBQ, Caribbean Cuisine, Chimayo Mexican Grill, Cold Front Ice Cream, Colorado Buffalo Grill, Colorado Corn Company, Cookie Indulgence, Chy Thai Cuisine, Divine Donuts, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Falafel King, Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que, Fratello's Café, Funky Buddha, Gelazzi Gelato, Gigi's Cupcakes, Grammy's Goodies, Grand Lux Café, Greek Town Café, Hard Rock Café, India's Pearl, India's Restaurant, Island Oasis Smoothies, Kinga's Lounge, La Fondue, Ling & Louie's, Lora's Donuts & Bakery, Mustard's Last Stand, Rosa Linda's Mexican Café, Saj Mediterranean Grill, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Saltwater Cowboy, South Philly Cheesesteaks, Southwest Kettle Corn, Sweet Lorraine's Deli, Texas de Brazil, Tocabe and Tokyo San Bowl.
