Today: Try Eric Skokan's James Beard menu at Black Cat Bistro

This week Black Cat Restaurant, 1964 13th Street in Boulder, has been offering a James Beard Tasting Menu that lets you sample the dishes (featuring heritage breed livestock and ethno botanical and cultivar crops) that chef/owner Eric Skokan will be cooking at the James Beard House on January 19.
