Tonight: Aldo Zaninotto heads Frasca's wine dinner

You all should know the drill by now: Every Monday night, Frasca Food and Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, offers up its aptly named Monday Night Wine Dinner.

If you're a fan of Italian wines, you'll want to look into tonight's installment, when Aldo Zaninotto will present the wines of the Vietti Family Winery in Piedmonte, Italy; a four-course seasonal menu has been prepared to pair with the wines. Dinner is $45, and wine pairings start at an additional $35. To reserve a seat, call 303-442-6966 or go to www.frascafoodandwine.com.
