Tonight: Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg cooks up a theme dinner

Jax Fish House, 928 Pearl Street in Boulder, kicks off a new dinner series tonight.

Every month, Top Chef champion Hosea Rosenberg will host a dinner based on a different theme. Tonight's is "Found in Translation: Inspiration from Hong Kong." Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and costs $100; sign up by calling 303-444-1811.

Future themes will feature primarily American regional cuisines, including the food of New Orleans, the Pacific Northwest, the Southwest, Napa and Southern BBQ. You can view tonight's menu and get more information at www.jaxfishhouseboulder.com.
