Frasca Food & Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, is pulling out all the stops for tonight's installment of its weekly wine dinner: Marcus Samuelsson -- the Top Chef Masters 2 contestant -- will prepare a four-course menu inspired by Red Rooster Harlem, the restaurant he'll be opening in New York City this fall. Elway's Downtown, 1881 Curtis Street, is celebrating the summer solstice with White-Hot Wines of Summer, a five-course paired dinner featuring -- what else? -- white wines. Admission starts at $100; make a reservation by calling 303-312-3107.
