With all the craft beers in Colorado, it can be difficult to know where to start sampling. Culinary Connecters will take you through two taprooms and one brewery in the LoDo and LoHi neighborhoods on a two-hour tour that begins at 6:30 p.m. tonight. At each stop, you'll hear from experts and sample three to four beers. Although the locations aren't revealed until you purchase tickets, recent destinations have included Wynkoop Brewing Company, Blake Street Vault, Stoney's Full Steam Tavern, Star Bar and The Lobby. Tickets are $29; call 303-495-5487 to check on availability.

The Seasoned Chef Cooking School has a lineup of culinary classes this year that will not only teach proper cooking techniques, but also introduce students to new worlds of cuisine. From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. tonight, chef Andrew Lubatty of the Avenue Grill will offer instruction on the rich, romanticized cuisine of Spain. He'll cover the historical and modern dishes of Spain, from regional specials to the ever-popular paella. Tuition is $80 per person; find more details and register on the Seasoned Chef website.
