Troy Guard could be the busiest chef in Denver, cooking up plans for new restaurants — he has a half-dozen opening in the next year, starting with a second Los Chingones in the Denver Tech Center — while still cooking in his own kitchen. Tonight TAG will host winemaker Tadeo Borchardt, who will be pouring wines from Neyers Wines to complement a five-course meal created by Guard. The menu will feature dishes that highlight ingredients like kangaroo, Spanish octopus, maple leaf duck breast, and more. The fun starts at 7 p.m. and seats are $89; for reservations, call the restaurant at 303-996-9985. You can check out the full menu here
